Description of the facility

This is the first time BREMER has undertaken a construction project for drinks logistics provider TRINKS. The contract is for a new logistics building realised as a precast reinforced concrete/steel structure in combined construction: the hall is faced with a cassette facade with trapezoidal sheet metal cladding mounted on a supporting structure of precast reinforced concrete elements and steel. The roof consists of steel trussed rafters, trapezoidal metal sheeting and a membrane roof system. The L shaped office building adjoining the hall is realised as a precast reinforced concrete structure.

Special features

Logistics building with adjoining 3-storey office building. The halls are divided into enclosed and semi-open areas with spans up to 48 m. Heavy loads mean that surfaces used by forklifts need to meet particularly high specifications.
