Description of the facility

Centralised logistics for the entire product range – The 41,000 sq m facility comprises receiving and shipping areas, a high-bay warehouse as well as areas for fresh and dairy produce. Also integrated into the building are a freezer store and empties-handling areas. On the first floor is office space for the administration. Apart from exterior facilities with parking areas, the complex also features a truck washing facility and filling station for the HGV fleet.

CENTRALISED LOGISTICS FOR THE ENTIRE PRODUCT RANGE – The logistics centre for Netto at Ganderkersee is another turnkey project realised by BREMER for one of Germany's leading discount chains. The central warehouse near Bremen supplies the north of the country with everyday consumer items. The structure of the complex consists entirely of BREMER precast reinforced concrete elements
