The logistics building has a total gross floor area of 21,480 sq m. This area is divided by 2 fire walls into various storage areas with small room-in-room units, an approx. 3,560 sq m freezer area and an approx. 2,260 sq m cold storage area. On the north and south sides of the building are 38 delivery bays with dock levellers, 10 loadhouses and an approx. 135 sq m covered and enclosed loading ramp. Adjoining the logistics building is a 2-storey office and social building with a gross floor area of approx. 1,240 sq m. This building accommodates the administration as well as the break rooms and social facilities for the industrial work teams.
