Description of the facility
The logistics centre consists of BREMER precast reinforced concrete elements with a trapezoidal sheet metal roof and an insulated facade in the client's preferred colour. Two mezzanine levels for storage/ office use are integrated in the area of the loading axis. The seven units are separated by fire walls (F90 walls) of precast reinforced concrete elements.
Special features
This logistics centre is the first construction project realised by BREMER for ING Real Estate. As well as an eye-catching facade, the services contracted include creating a base seal with PEHD sheeting in accordance with Sect. 19L of the German Water Resources Act (WHG).
