Description of the facility

BREMER constructs a logistics centre with an office complex. The whole project including the outdoor installations are realized turnkey. With a prop grid of 24 m x 12 m, the building has an area of about 10,000 sqm and 1,300 sqm for the mezzanine. The height of the warehouse amounts 9 m. 13 sectional doors are placed at the frontside. Additionally, the property has 21 parking lots for delivery vehicle used by neighbour Amazon.

Special features

BREMER has been contracted to build a logistics centre for global property group Goodman again: a new logistics centre in Bremen. The logistics centre receives the certificate Platinum by the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB - Deutsche Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen e.V.).
