In front of Unit 1 is a 2-storey administrative building incorporating office and social facilities with a total floor area of 569.50 sq m. In Unit 3, additional office and social facilities are provided over a gross floor area of 124.00 sq m. Along the east and west sides of the logistics hall are a total of 50 loading stations.
