Description of the facility
The furniture store is a two-storey building of precast reinforced concrete elements with an insulated metal facade adjoined by a further single-storey building section offering storage space. Sales and showroom space is spread over the two floors. The two parts of the building have the same parapet height (flat roof height), so the entire facility has a uniform outward appearance.
Special features
At present, the client Wilfried Finke operates Preisrebell outlets only in existing properties. Preisrebell Münster is the first newbuild facility and is thus custom-tailored to the retail concept of the Preisrebell brand.
