Description of the facility

A two-storey building constructed with BREMER precast reinforced concrete elements with a glass rotunda over the separate entrance area. The rotunda is two storeys higher than roof level. The building is prepared for the addition of a further two storeys. All floor slabs are BREMER double tee slabs with concrete core activation system.

Special features

The existing furniture store with a floor area of 60,000 sqm was built by BREMER in 1992 as a turnkey construction project. The Ostermann kitchen studio will adjoin the existing furniture store.
