Description of the facility

BREMER is constructing a new production building with office extension for Betonbau GmbH & Co.KG.

The building is divided into an office extension with basement and two production halls with mezzanines. The social areas are located in the mezzanines. The hall roof is equipped with a PV system and the office has a green roof.

A porter's lodge is planned for the outdoor area. A Kasto bar rack is integrated in hall 2. A complete HGV bypass is built around the building. The two full-length canopies have a depth of 6 metres.
