Extension central ware­house

On behalf of ALDI Immobilienverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG, BREMER is building an extension to the ALDI central warehouse in Werneuchen in the Seefeld district east of Berlin.

The logistics hall will be erected using the proven BREMER prefabricated concrete construction method with a metal sandwich façade and a warm roof on a trapezoidal sheet metal construction. The building is divided into several zones of different temperatures and is therefore equipped with an extensive range of building services. In addition to the construction of the new building, extensive work will also be carried out on and in the existing building.

Extension work will take place entirely during the client's ongoing operations.
